In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

Players may request withdrawal of their available balance (excluding bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) at any time via the bro444 wallet section. bro444 targets processing of withdrawal requests for verified accounts within one to four hours during normal operational periods. Actual processing times may vary based on payment method, verification status, and volume.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• A withdrawal may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit on the Account, or to a method verified as belonging to the Account holder. bro444 strictly prohibits withdrawals to third-party accounts;

• All bets are subject to bro444's published odds at the time of placement. Odds may change between the time a bet is initiated and the time it is confirmed — the odds displayed at confirmation are final;

• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per Player. Limits are published within the Platform and may vary by sport, market, and Player account level;

• Attempting to access bro444 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction through the use of a VPN, proxy server, or any other IP masking technology;

• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the technical operation of the bro444 Platform.

bro444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to pass identity verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Account inactivity — bro444 may close accounts that have shown no login activity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months, following notice to the Player's registered contact details;

Upon closure of an Account, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Player's bro444 wallet will be returned to the Player via the most recent verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. • Service interruptions, technical faults, or Platform unavailability;

• Unauthorised access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.

bro444's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the claim giving rise to liability.

All content on the bro444 Platform — including but not limited to the bro444 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, video content, and software — is the proprietary intellectual property of bro444 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to any bro444 intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, or exploit in any manner any bro444 intellectual property without express prior written consent from bro444.
